I talked about cost on Thursday. Not the price of Heartset LIVE. The other cost.
The cost of another year going to bed at night feeling like you still did not get it all done. The cost of your kids growing up in front of you while you are managing everyone else. The cost of that feeling of depletion that has been going on long enough now that you have almost stopped noticing it.
Most of us spend without thinking twice on things that keep the household going for everyone else. The oil change. The groceries. The stuff for the kids. We are wired to prioritize the external and run the internal on whatever is left over. And there is usually nothing left over.
I know this because I lived it. I had a lot of professional success. I read all the books and interviewed hundreds of the most brilliant minds in healing and relationships. Intellectually I knew everything. And I was still running on empty. Because you cannot think your way there. That kind of knowing does not live in your head. It lives in your body. And until you do the actual work of getting it into your body, into your nervous system, into your belief system, the knowing does not change anything.
That is what Thursday was the beginning of. And that is what Heartset LIVE continues.

And if you want to stay connected through the community while you decide, Heartset Society is where this work continues every month. You can join at powerofmanifestation.circle.so/checkout/heartset-society.
