We talked about why people who have done the work, read the books, and tried the routines are still stuck. The answer is not that they are broken or that they lack discipline. Mindset is what you think and what you do. Heartset is how you feel and what you radiate from the inside out. And if you are trying to approach this simply intellectually, the change you are looking for will not happen there. It happens in your body, in your heart, in your Heartset. That is where the rewiring happens.
Heartset is your core emotional and energetic state: how you feel and what you radiate, from the inside out. It is your vibe. It can't be performed, but it can be tuned. It's how safe and relaxed you are in your body, and how tapped in you are to your truth. Not your mood. Your baseline.
We talked about the two things most of us never got: a nervous system that learned how to feel safe, and a belief system that told us we were already enough, not someday, not conditionally, but right now as we are. And then we did something about it together.
I walked the group through activations, belief work, and the actual math of what it takes to exist at all. The probability that you are here is 1 in at least 400 trillion.
